Originally my daughter's appt was at your Liverpool practice. A member of your staff rang me several weeks ago to change it to Aintree with Dr Khurana. We obliged. When we arrived at Aintree, your reception staff said there was no appt on their system at all for my daughter. I also double checked at the Liverpool practice and that was also the case. We have been very patient all along."
