"Shoes arrived broken. Sent back, got confirmation through recorded delivery that they'd been received back, but still no refund after the specified period. No reply to emails after weeks, not picking up the phone. Not sure what has recently happened to this shop, but avoid like the plague."
"AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I spent over £500 on shoes for myself and my mother for our wedding day. Unfortunately the quality for te price was poor as the shoes felt like they would split apart. After spending £15 on returning the shoes I contacted the company for a refund of postage costs. They didn't respond to my calls, voicemails or emails so I reached out via Instagram dm, ignored and finally had yo slate them on their posts which has now been removed, you'll also note comments have been restricted so someone clearly works there. Please ladies, save yourself heartache and avoid theses she's from their company and any others selling them. Their poor quality, not worth the money and their a scam of a 'company'. Now I'll have to contact my card issuer for a refund or physically go there to demand my refund after my wedding. Horrid company."
"I had my wedding shoes from Rachel Simpson, they were absolutely beautiful. So comfortable as well and so many people commented on how beautiful they were. When my mom and I went to the shop we had the most wonderful experience, so special and something we won’t forget. We were served by Rachel (not Rachel Simpson!) who was so kind and clearly cared about giving us a wonderful experience. Thank you so much Rachel!"
"After a small mix up right before my wedding that led to me receiving the wrong size, Sonia jumped into action to ensure I got my shoes in time and saved the day. Best customer service I've experienced in a long time. And the quality and beauty of their product is unmatched. Truly stunning."
"I ordered the Mimosa Mint shoes - so gorgeous and much more beautiful in real life. I wore them at my wedding, but I must say that they were highly uncomfortable just after 30 minutes. I even had a soft sole put in and anti-slipping soles underneath, but I could barely walk after a few hours. I'm accustomed to wear high heals, but I must say that I'm quite disappointed with these - especially because they are designed for brides who need to wear them many hours straight."
