"Been going for years but generally poor recently. Some dentists are very good there, some are very poor indeed. I had to ask for a change in dentist recently as he was very short and lacked any interest or care. My wife had a similar experience (but much worse) and when asked what their complaints procedure was the receptionist said 'we don't have one, but you can send an email if you like' and showed little compassion or understanding. It is, as I'd hope they'd know, against the law for a health provider to have no efficient complaints procedure."

"Extremely bad experience, dentist never on time for my appointment, treated my wife with contempt during covid made me feel very uncomfortable and left me with concerns that they don’t know what there doing , since changing to another dentist I have been informed that there previous work was of very substandard and now costing me a small fortune to put right if it possible. Very dirty inside and dated. Staff rude !"

"By far the best dentist I have had. I struggle with my teeth and gums but since having my new dentist my problems are slowly going away. I am also quite scared of the dentist for some reason but these make me feel calm and safe when having any work done they talk me through everything explaining it in detail so I understand what is going on and they definitely go the extra mile taking as much care as possible to try cause minimul pain I now actually look forward to going to the dentist there brilliant"

"Been coming here at leave 20 years and I have to say it has been good until now - this review is based on todays appointment. I just paid £23 for a check up and I was in and out of the chair in literally less than 2 minutes - I was actually out exactly 2 minutes before my appointment was due to start. Now I’m not complaining that it was on time just it didn’t feel a ‘proper’ check up as has been done in the past. Todays dentist (I won’t name names) just sat me down, had a looked around said everything was ok (which is good) and asked if I wanted the tartar removing to which I said ok. A couple of seconds of pretty aggressive scraping now I have a chunk of tartar stuck between my front teeth when he saw me trying to pick it out I was told just to rinse out and it will go away. This may well be the case but it not the way anyone expects to be treated by a dentist… Honestly I was thinking of getting an application form for my 2 year old however I just didn’t bother as if he came and was seen like that he would be terrified. Very poor and needs addressing. Absolute wast of money on this occasion I’m afraid."

"The care that Sam and the rest of the staff have shown my husband is absolutely second to none!! He is severely disabled and nothing is too much trouble for the practice. He has recently had to have a series of appointments to solve a dental problem and every single appointment has been handled with utmost care, making my husband as comfortable as possible and treating him with the dignity that he deserves. The building, although not modern, is wheelchair accessible and all the staff are so helpful."
