"Went to change a jumper at next in the franchgate Doncaster, the sales lady was very rude and didn't believe me that I washed the jumper as said on the label, it shrunk and she says we hadn't washer properly. It was put on a 30 wool wash. I didn't want the money back but to change it, in the end she did change it for me but her attitude wasn't what I expected."
"Where do you go from here, the staff on Menswear just never fail to shock. Older dude, two older ladies, never look up, never welcome you, just drabble customer service. When you're closed altogether and you just have that jumble sale at Lakeside and Wheatly Hall Rd, please look back and think of simple skills."
