"I know this is a business but after 40 years plus being a patient and not completing the new register in time (my husband recently diagnosed terminal cancer so forgot to ring) I have missed the deadline and been put on a waiting list. With no guarantee of getting a place!Just a number to them they have no compassion. Taking MY business elsewhere!"

"Phoned the dentist for an appointment for my daughter (non urgent ) couldn’t get in with my usual dentist for quite a while so we were booked in with Ovi the very same day ! Arrived at 5pm …. Tooth extracted ….out for 5.15 !!! My daughter was a little anxious as she normally sees Joanne but Ovi put her at ease and was so lovely . Never had a problem here , always happy to accommodate. Lovely dentists who do a fanatastic job , very organised and super, super clean ….5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
"Dentist absolutely amazing go above and beyond to help me especially as I’m a nerves wreck and always get myself worked up with having bad experiences with my old dentist but Andrew winters (my dentist) is amazing always make me feel at ease talks me through everything he’s doing. the nurses that work with him are lovely always pleasant very chatty just general nice people . In all from the minute you ring up for an appointment to the minute you’ve had your treatment the staff are lovely can not fault anything about the practise the people that work anything 100 per cent best dentist I’ve been to ."
"Everything you need at an excellent surgery. From the moment you walk through the door you are assured of of a friendly, professional welcome. The waiting area is clean and bright, and thankfully a loo! The surgeries are on two levels. Should you need urgent treatment everything possible is done to accommodate you Text messages are sent as a reminder of an upcoming appointment. I have used this surgery in excess of 20 years and would definitely recommend it."
