"I have recently been to this practice and feel compelled to leave a review due to the outstanding service I received. I saw Johanna Moore and her lovely nurse Charlie. They both made me feel so comfortable and took time to explain a good dental cleaning routine, my daughter attended with me who is only 5 and they made the whole experience for her a joy, a thousand thank you's to two wonderful members of your staff New Moston Dental practice!! Our experience was a positive, fantastic one."
"Not sure why the dentist Johanna Moore thinks she can speak to my child directly in a stern voice a 4 year old may I add and say excuse me young lady don’t kick my furniture. My daughter was upset and came to sit on my knee she didn’t want to be seen, when it was my turn to be seen as I tried to get up my daughter had a tantrum thinking she was getting back on the chair and so threw her legs and it kicked the chair, the chair didn’t knock over or anything and I would of thought there have been lots of children over the years who have had tantrums especially at 4 years old. I am disgusted that a professional would directly speak to a child instead of maybe having a quiet word with the parent! Now my daughter is going to be more frightened of the dentist so well done ! Clearly they have absolutely no training with children, what’s a shame is Andy seen my oldest son before he left and when my son kicked off he just looked in his mouth anyway what a shame he went he was wonderful, this Johanna Moore needs some work with kids! And from past bad reviews I’m expecting a reply saying no one can recall this incident with is absolutely fine because I will take it further."
"Last time I got some fillings done here 1 fell out within 8 hours. Went in today for a root canal and the same thing temporary filling fell out within 8 hours again. One of the older metal fillings that they fitted had a edge too it which has still never been addressed."
