Visited centre male member of staff ready to have a cigarette break asked me if I was ok I said am booked in for 2:30 pm he asked for my key I went into the office and he said your looking at an hour before we can look at your car I said I am booked in at 2.30 pm he said all these customers are before you even thou 1 of them had just walked in without an appoitment . I said give me my key back the member of staff said dont be like that . Good Job I have the Area manager's number from a family member I feel really let down as a Disability customer when they put Other customers first ."
