"Like the clothes but there policy is rubbish ! It's the same like super dry use to be , no refunds , it's either a credit note or a exchange it's just a way of keeping custom within jack wills but I think if some things faulty or you decided against it but still got all tags on and got your receipt you are allowed a refund, so now am stuck with a sodding credit note and not seen anything I like that's wrong !!"
