"Had my Audi TT rear window and quarters tinted here. After the initial install to the rear window, I was asked to go back a couple of weeks later to iron out a few kinks in the tint. When I returned, they removed the rear window tint entirely to ‘do a better’ job of it. Unfortunately, when they removed the first tint, the heated rear window grid element was virtually destroyed and now no longer works - it was working fine prior to this install and when I asked if a tint would affect the heating element, was informed that it wouldn’t. I have only just noticed that it no longer works and it’s going to be useless come winter."
