Waited nearly two hours by myself in the waiting room. he’d already done the work on it hours ago all i needed was to pick the car up. was given no explanation why it took that long to do such a simple task. when i asked what was happening it was either “i won’t be a minute” or he was waiting for his boss or manager to tell him what to do. completely incompetent. on top of that the manager was shouting and swearing at my partner just for asking why it was taking so long. felt completely unsafe as a women. don’t bother with them."
