"Booked in my car for tracking, spoke with Carmel at reception. She was very polite and friendly, got booked in pretty easily. The whole process was quick and professional. Dropped off the car and it was ready to collect a couple of hours later. Spoke with the staff about the work done and my car. They explained the work done on the car and reassured any related issues had now been corrected. Driving the car home and I could feel the steering wheel was smoother to turn. Overall really helpful and delightful staff, would definitely recommend them to anyone with car related issues."

I have got to say that they were great in all aspects of the repair. No such worries with Ashbury Service Station, who have looked after me and my cars consistently with good banter and great service. When I needed a coil spring replacing, one place quoted me £145; Ashbury quoted me £60. It was a no-brainer. I've never felt like they've messed me about, not once.
