Charged me over £1k for fixing my car 30 minutes after it broke down with my 1 year old child in the back! they said to bring it back to be fixed then said they will sort it in front of the AA man but then refused when the AA man left saying the job to fix it would be to expensive! "Had a problem on our Qashqai that no other garage would touch "too much trouble" "it's hard work", I was at my wits end, I had asked absolutely everywhere and nobody wanted to help. I asked in the this garage as I was passing one day and the gent on the desk said "course we can give me a minute I'll get a quote for you" - he knew what the problem was, expensive to fix but I knew it would be but MILES cheaper than nissan themselves and with genuine parts too. Lads completed the work over the next few days as they had a problem getting the pipe off, not had a fault since. Got my MOT done with them too same day as the fix and they were very good. Booking in for a service in the next few weeks. Absolutely fantastic service."
