I've been using them for years and even recommended them to friends and family. They are a tad expensive but I didn't mind as I thought they would take care of my vehicle. It's a shame this is how they treat loyal customers. I won't be going there again and would warn others away too."

"Car came back worse!!! Asked before getting wheel alligment, should i get new tyres first as i needed them??? I know nothing, I'm not a mechanic... Convinced to get wheel aligment first, car comes back pulling more! They said it could be my tyres, ring us back once tyres done. Long story short, they want to charge me again after taking there advice! I feel I've paid for nothing. After complaining for a resolution as I've paid for a job to be done, there was no interest on there part to rectify the problem. Will not use again."

Chris at German Specialist cars gave me a quote over the phone booked the car in and on the day did a brilliant job of sorting the problem and getting the car back to me by the middle of the afternoon ,keeping me informed of the progress during the day . Chris clearly is an expert when it comes to sorting problems with German cars! The price charged was as quoted with a light bulb being fitted for free.
