"Brought a car from this business. Despite most of the paperwork going smoothly and some staff being polite, 4 days after buying the car, the car started having clutch problems. I brought it in to get checked, they told me to come in on a certain day. I come in and now they said they can’t do it until next week. They didn’t offer any courtesy car or replacement."

"The two stars are for the fact that the car I bought is a great little car and I could drive away on the day. Great service while buying the car as well. The reason I didn’t give five stars was the poor aftercare. I had an issue with a few warning lights and the battery was losing charge. There was a three week waiting time to get the car looked at. The warning lights were seen to but the battery had to be ordered. I was told that it would be a couple of days and that they would get back to me. After two weeks of waiting I contacted them three times over a period of another two weeks and still could not get a response from the service team. I eventually decided to pay a visit in person where I managed to get it booked in but had to wait a further two weeks. I finally had the battery fitted today. Unfortunately to add to the poor review, before the battery was fitted I asked if it had to be registered to the car. The service manager said no. I was sceptical so I took the car to my local BMW specialist @Fixed Automotive and they confirmed that the battery hadn’t been registered and that if left as it was it could have caused major issues with the battery and the electrics. Luckily they registered it for free."

"Love this place loads of choice, sent Hours here trying to make choices, brought a total of three cars over the last few years, even when it was called car people, never had any issues and always felt comfortable dealing with them, my wife's car developed a battery fault during warranty but was fixed quickly with no fuss would recommend them for peace of mind when buying a vehicle."

Alex F was our go-to person who checked in with us periodically as we were looking at different cars. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout. The purchasing side was all completed with professionalism and hassle free and none of the add on products were pushed too firmly just kindly advised about. We would definitely recommend a visit if you want a great range of models to look at and hassle free buying."
