Reviews
"Drinks were unreal and the tacos very flavourful, albeit a bit pricey given the small portion. Bangin' place overall and I hope I'll have the pleasure of making a return visit!"
"This was a very cute place for a bottomless taco dinner. They kept drinks topped up except towards the end where the wait staff disappeared for a while so we were not able to receive our final refill. But other than that, the experience was great, staff were friendly, food was amazing, I would recommend the ox cheeks (juicy and so well seasoned), the buttermilk chicken, and the prawns were good. They're accommodating and will remove certain items if you ask, so long as it's reasonable of course. I think though this would be a summer joint, the Margarita's are frozen so we had brain freeze for the majority of the time slot lol and didn't take full advantage so in the summer, it'll be better hopefully."
"Really nice food and drinks! Thought it was a bit cheeky that the tequila on the menu had the price of the 25ml and if you ask for it they give the the 50ml which is double and price. Bit of a shock when we got the bill. Would never pay £10 for a shot! Staff seemed to be very rushing and also the food came out at really odd times with like 15 minutes gaps between getting one taco to another."
"I REALLY want this place to be good as it will be my local but sadly the food is just not there yet so I am hoping a review will help to get it to where it should be… I have been twice and and both times I have sadly been disappointed with there food. The tacos are pretty one-dimensional with pretty much every dish tasting exactly the same (and under seasoned). Some of the dishes are also covered in artificial tasting sauces which were not very pleasant. Guacamole was good ( although could do with more of a kick/ more seasoning) but the portion is comically small. It is certainly not all bad as the cocktails and staff are great and prices pretty appealing (for London).."
"Popped in to this beautiful new restaurant early on a weekday for some dinner. The decor is very fun and clean. We ordered guacamole and chips to start. The size of the guac was more like a dipping sauce and it was verrrrry creamy and thin. Strong on the lime and all around unpleasant. Some of the tortillas chips were stale. All around, we thought it tasted store bought. We ordered the flat iron steak taco, ox cheek (best seller) and the buttermilk chicken. All three of the tacos were on a thick base of the guacamole (overwhelming amount), which not only made the tortilla wrap soggy, but also made them all kind of taste the same. All of them lacked seasoning and a stand out garnish. The buttermilk chicken was especially undesirable as it was greasy, the breading came apart from the chicken, and it tasted unmarinated. From a taco restaurant I would expect each one to be distinctive from the other on more than just the protein. We didn’t order any of the cocktails but from looking at the other tables they were bright and looked delicious. The service was speedy throughout. It seemed that many tables were reserved (although we had no reservation and didn’t seem to be a problem)."
