"Visited Fix Auto Oldham today. Women on front reception desk very unprofessional under pressure and very frigtned some reason. Made me wait 15 minutes to get some one out for a quotation. The chap on the back left office did not have clue what hes talking about when giving me the quotation with out even accessing my vehicle proply way over priced quotation £1,000 when other approved body shops have qouated £450 for the job. Fix Auto managment please please wake up get these chaps re-trained or i can assist in re- training your staff. You will lose customers. I will defintly not be coming back ever again...."
"They visited one of the neighbours in our street and parked across my driveway blocking me in until they had left 20 minutes later! They could have easily parked across the street where there was more than enough space or asked me before blocking me in. If that's the level of courtesy and care I'd recommend using someone else."
"Unfortunately, my mother was in a accident, the insurance had put us through with these guys. All I can say is AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! All they did was make my car worse, never aligned the car correctly, has to ask a independent investigator to check the car which they agreed they did in an awful job. They somehow managed to spray paint a line on the front of the car yet there was no work needing to be done at the front…… Not only that somehow they managed to mess up the electrics of my merc a class. The staff is incredibly rude and are fully incompetent and it’s truly concerning. If anyone needs any further info don’t hesitate to email me to explain so you don’t have to go through what I did."
