"very bad customer service from them and very unprofessional. rang on monday for a quote for full service, they gave me a price for £165 so i booked appointment with them for wednesday. i went in and they quoted £198. when i told them on the phone they said £165, the worker agreed and put the price down to £165.i left my car eith them and went home. they rang me after 10 minjtes saying they cant do the price of £165 and i eill javd to pay £198. if not to come take my car this was very rude of them. when i went bck to the garave, there qas 2 differnt guys and they said they wasnt aware the price had chanved. when i explanined i came to the grarage and they shud have told me then, the owner and thr workers wrre very rude and very unprofessional."
