"Rang them up for an alternator told them every specific detail about my car , told me They had the part , got the part and a mobile mechanic stripped my car and the part was wrong , rang them up and they said it’s my fault I should know what alternator I’m buying although I’m not a mechanic , I went to return it and he wouldn’t hand over a full refund , a ten pound handling charge which it says no where said I’m lucky to get any money back , also made the same mistake a few months ago but with a set of callipers , can’t be specialists if they don’t know what parts there giving out , will be in touch with trading standards about the handling of my cash , total bunch of Cowboys"
