"This store is awful, absolute mess staff are miserable. All the racks was over full with nothing on the correct hangers the stands looked more like a car boot sale. I'm not racist but 2 members of staff was talking very loud to each other in their language made me feel uncomfortable as sounded like they was arguing I would not recommend this store at all and I would give it a zero rating if I could area manager needs to loom at this place and sort if out or close it down really not happy awful experience in this store"
"staff are great, only issue is the security. If you’re going to racially profile people as they walk into the store (who were already holding shopping bags with Xmas shopping so I don’t get why someone would spend that much to them steal from primark?), at least speak quietly enough over the radio so they don’t hear you."
"A small primark but more than adequate for the basic stuff Primark normally stock. Home section not good, Birmingham city centre is best for that. Has bonus free parking!"
"Can fall upon the right items sometimes so still worth checking out. Otherwise all a bit generic boring clothes shopping experience for this reviewer. And I'm not looking for anything fashionable or outrageous either? Just a bit of style, function and thought. How many years has the human race had to get clothes, amongst other things, universally right?"
"Awful, 3 till staff for 20 people queue. Some till staff don't care about queues this particular individual was making sure all the notes in her till are facing same way it took her 10 minutes. She didn't want to serve and was taking her time. I wished I got her name. Next time I get her name I will post it here!!! Also asking a simple question to a person who was tidying up was a challenge no communication, she looked at me like I have done something to her a kindly gave me the right size. If she wasn't in a way I would do it myself!! So thank you very much..."
