Got a call on the Friday asking to pick the car up on Saturday morning. Money was in the bank on Monday morning. After 12 months of headaches with a nightmare car - this really was a blessing! "Unless you believe as they do that all used vehicle parts will be damaged when you buy them second hand then I strongly advise you shop elsewhere. Absolutely shocking service if you are in the market to sell used papers you should have the decency to state that they are dented, twisted and in need of repair before they can be fitted then your customers would have the option to go elsewhere instead of wasting time dealing with cowboys like you. You may be a large company and one bad review will not make the slightest difference to you but it may warn other buyers who expect a part they supplied not to be damaged. The answer of buy a new one then from your staff is unprofessional and immature. I will not be using you again and will ensure I make the recommendations that you deserve"

"Bought an item over the phone, made the payment and was told it will be ready for pick up at any time tomorrow. I travelled 30 miles to get to their place finally when I git their I was told to wait in reception area and someone will come speak to me after waiting for 2 hours I went to reception desk asked why it is taking so long and the guy behind the desk told me we are taking off the part now . Long story short after another hour pass by still no one came back to me I went up yo reception again and they said part is not available so we will refund you. So after wasting 4 hours of my life I came out with my refund."

"Worse service that I ever had in my life , I didnt even wanted to give them 1 star because they are that bad. I rang in morning and they said they are busy, so they will call me when someone becomes availble after waiting for few hours i rang them my self in the evening and asked for part part to which they said it is available and if you make a payment now you can pick it up tomorrow, so long story short I went next morning for the part, they made me wait for 2 hours and after that they said sorry we don't have this item in stock. Can you imagine the level of service they are giving to their customer. Absolutely disgraceful. I wasted my fuel and 4 hours of my life."

"Worse service that I ever had in my life , "best guys" from parts team Danny and Vinny trying to deceive you in any way . From my own experience , I've order parts for £800 , parts come in couple of days with they own driver , parts wasn't wrapped , protected , nothing . All parts what you buy from them is great just one pictures , when they've arrive all dented , deep scratched and even wrong parts . When you trying to return them back for refund , they want you to post them from your own expense even if this wasn't your fault , if you trying to get an compromise with them and to order something else and when they deliver parts to send wrong one back , they will send them not for £25 with they own driver but for £75+vat trough third party so you can send damaged ones back they will do anything to delay this into 14 days so you won't get you money back . Costumer service also doesn't work . Bellow you can see what I've ordered and what received . Will recommend to never have deal with them,  as you will remain with no money and no right , damaged parts ."
