"Visited this store 4/04/23 an had a DISGUSTING experience which I will be taking further! ‘Store manager’ Robert is a absolute disgrace to that store and to H&M, asked to speak to him after one of his staff(didn’t get a name but she was wearing a bandanna in her hair) accused me of not paying for my items at the self check out, tutting at me and my children, telling me I didn’t pay, I offered to show her my online banking an told her that it has no till roll that’s why I didn’t get a receipt(obv I didn’t try to leave the shop, I waited at the self check out till, she tried telling me it wasn’t out of till roll, she opened it an realised there was no till roll like I said, instead of apology, she said well we will see if you actually paid, topped up the till roll and guess what ‘ MY RECEIPT came out’ instead of me responding to her awful response, I said thank you, to a reply ‘yeah sure now goodbye’ absolutely DISGUSTING especially in front of other customers and my CHILDREN!!! Disgusting!! Asked two lovely staff members who were lovely for the store manager, now I don’t know who was more unprofessional the store manager Robert for not even talking to the employee(how I knew as we continued through the store to get out the store and he just walked past the employee and went straigh to sorting out clothing racks, clearly more important than his customers and small children that watched a member of your staff abuse me of not paying when in fact your till roll ran out-simple apology wouldn’t have gone a miss) or the vile member of staff at the self check outs. I’ve worked in retail for many years and I’m a manager myself so I know what unprofessional looks like, I mean my 6year old does too! I suggest re taking a how to treat your customers online course for some staff members AND THE STORE MANAGER!! I will be taking further action"
"Was looking for sleepsuits for our 9month old but wasn't a great selection however they did have a varied selection of well priced clothes so wouldn't avoid in the future"
"Widely open space. Easy to find all around. Self checkout machines as well."
"I went to the store today to return something i had picked up previously, however I noticed it had brown marks on (might have been on the floor) as I went to the return it the cashier said I need to call a manager as it’s dirty- I explained that it was bought like that. A podgy big lady came with a green maximus T-shirt and her hair in a bun telling me I couldn’t return it, she wasn’t very understanding and was quite illiterate so I told her I would call head office. Awful service, I believe it is something to do with colour of my skin."
"Good sized shop with a wide selection of clothes and a very large sale section at present. Although I found lots that I liked, I didn't buy anything as, disappointingly, the changing rooms are still closed."
