"Nice, moderate and small store. There’s not a lot of selection, but it’s good for the size of the store I suppose. Was surprised to see the fitting rooms were closed on a weekday though, I understand it could be down to staffing issues but the store was dreadfully quiet! Not busy at all, I’ve been to several other H&M’s and their fitting rooms are all open regardless if they’re quiet or busy. Just annoying really when you’re walking around picking up pieces to try on and the fitting rooms are closed."

"Such a bad experience in the store of new square west bromich .. we went for shopping and we asked the staff that can we use the fitting room she said no we can’t because its closing time … but thats fine we understood.. but what we saw a lady went for fitting room and the staff they allowed her for changing room … sry to say because they are from same community i think they were african …its was racism because we r indian … and then i asked the staff lady that why u allowed her dor fitting room in very polite way she told me to leave the store and i asked her name to make a complaint against her she refused to tell her name and the another staff lady came to me and she was aswell the african lady …. I was very disappointed it was totally racism.. the staff was very rude … she said they don’t like Indian people .. i asked her to call the manager she denied.. and i left the store .. can plz anyone tell me how to complaint against them …"

"They have better quality of clothes than Primark, but their prices are still quite low. It's a good shop for visiting before going on holiday, to buy the temporary outfits you will be wearing there. A few good accessories too but not as good as it used to be for those."

"Really not good. Every single time I visit, the till queue is huge. Nearly always one person serving. It puts you off. Then, I go to the men's section. There's very little to see. The jeans section is pitiful. Nothing in my size. Which is 34W. I go to Tesco and they have all the sizes I need. A clothing store can't compete with a food shop. If you are male, do not go. Females it might be better? But you will have to queue."
