"Waited nearly 45 mins just for a garlic bread starter… with practically no garlic. Then an hour for an average tasting x2 pizzas. Then paid £49 for the privilege!! It was like pulling teeth getting served and it wasn’t even that busy for an event night. You have been warned."
"Went 2 hours before doors opening and only just left as the support was starting and we only had a main. Poor service from start to finish waited 20 mins to have our order taken despite members of staff looking and walking past our table. Then a nearly 1 hour wait for a lasagne and pizza when no wait on door. Waited a further 20 mins to order another drink and then food finally arrived... the pizza ok the wife said the pizza was good but undercooked in middle and the lasagne was missing the bottom half as Burnt to pan. Then tried to charge me for extra drinks.... safe to say it'll probably follow the rest of the poor 02 sites and will be shut down in 6 months.. Will never return nor recommend Think the manager was overwhelmed with the poor quality of foh"
"Had quick meal here before a gig a the O2. Decided to go for a pizza has I saw the wood fired oven as I walked through to sit outside. I went for the San Parma pizza at £14. Overall the pizza was light, crispy and prepared with good enough ingredients...there was just one thing missing. The Parma ham. As you can see from my image I had rather a lot of rocket and cherry tomatoes, but just small pieces of the delicious cured ham I was after! I'd expect full slices...come on guys! You're not Pizza Express are you!? :( So this is why it only gets 4 stars. Service was very good and attentive."
"Food was delicious and we had a nice time. However we had to ask for part of one dish that was missed off. We also asked for a couple of pizza toppings to be left off and this was forgotten. I think the restaurant is quite new and the waitress seemed really busy so service might be better when fully staffed"
