"Ordered lentil ragu for myself and pesto pasta for a colleague. I was sent beef ragu and they were sent a carbonara. I am a vegetarian and my colleague does not eat pork for religious reasons. Contacted the restaurant and heard staff arguing with each other over the phone. Contacted head office and was told “I’m glad you’ve been refunded for the wrong items”. Shocking service, would not recommend."

"I’ve ordered the wild mushroom pasta (vegetarian) multiple times here with basil and have had no problems until my last order. I bit into a piece of meat, it tasted like meat and was pink/red in colour. I had to spit this out. I’m very disappointed with this. It appeared to be pork, meat that I do not eat as I eat halal food. I have called the restaurant who have apologised but were unable to get another Uber eats driver to deliver another pot, but would give a refund. I was only able to eat less than half the pot before biting into some meat. Would not recommend for those that have dietary requirements such as halal, vegan or vegetarian."

"Ordered through Just Eat today. Order turned up over 20 mins late, and was cold. Food went back with the driver and I said i wanted hot food. Never redelivered any food to me. Restaurant doesnt answer phone, so left them messages, no one called me back. Contacted Just Eat and got refund (minus delivery fee). Driver lied and recorded delivery 25 mins earlier than what it was. TERRIBLE SERVICE"

"Good branding and quick delivery doesn’t mean good food. Just had a very small salad, stone cold garlic bread and bland toffee balls. The slow cooked beef pasta was the worst however - cold, tasteless and the pasta / beef ratio was about 95/5. Had to apply salt and pepper and my own seasoning but still couldn’t eat it after having to reheat it as the pasta dried up. The one star I left is for quick delivery only."
