"I read the good reviews on here and was eager to use these guys, thinking my Washer would be fixed or condemned in no time. However I was really disappointed with the service. Chris came out to my house almost an hour later than planned, these things happen I suppose. He said I needed a new part and he'd get back to me tomorrow with a price. I didn't hear anything. I rang later that day and was told hed ring me back in 10 minutes. Again I heard nothing. I called back past the shop a week later and asked again and was told he would call me back in 10 minutes. Again heard nothing. It's a massive inconvience having small children and no washer so I really needed this job doing quick, or an answer at least. Instead I felt like I was a burden and he weren't really too bothered about the job and a customer shouldn't be made to feel that way. I'm very disappointed with my experience using these guys."
