"The service was good considering it was very busy. I ordered the pollo pesto for the first time in years and enjoyed it very much. My wife had the American pizza which was great too. It was a little bit noisy but it was busy and it's a kid-friendly restaurant, so that is to be expected. A very satisfying experience."
"Definitely one of the better Pizza Express. Fantastic service on the Thursday night we turned up. No booking and they were able to seat us within the busy restaurant. Just the right level of attentiveness, friendly in a way that made you feel at home. Several families were dining and it did get noisy at times where we were sat in the "conservatory", but inside the restaurant was a different profile of diner, so suitable for a more intimate meal. Food was well cooked, brought out quickly and full of flavour. Will be back if we're in the area."
"UPDATE I _think_ I visited here twenty years ago, however recent events and revelations suggest my recollection of the date I visited and other details may not have been as accurate as I had hoped. However I have now paid my bill in a full and agreed settlement, I hope this will close the matter. What remains certain is the quality of the food and service I received, as I wrote at the time: My daughter and her friends had a right Royal welcome and that was just the beginning - the service was fit for a Prince! And when I asked to change my order, the waiter said 'Dough balls with that sir? No sweat!' A truly memorable experience, I certainly won't forget this meal. And everyone was so discrete."
