"I ordered through deliveroo. The driver was there while the status of the order still said ‘preparing’. It took over an hour from ordering for it to be delivered to us despite our rider getting to us in less than 10 minutes after we got the notification he was on his way. We knew this would be the wait time but for our meal to turn up cold, the pasta undercooked and containing rations of sauce was shocking. It was super bland, the ‘ham hock’ was more like bacon and in clumps rather than spread out in the pasta. To call this Italian food is insulting. Can’t believe a service designed for takeaway is so slow and stingy. Will not be ordering from here again and will be telling others to steer away from it. You don’t have to have any kind of skill or knowledge food to know this was not food people want to eat. My guess is the company is poorly managed and so this branch is poorly staffed and no one has picked up on it. Truly awful."

"Not worth your money! I ordered 2 pastas and both of those were undercooked and dry with barely any sauce on them, the pizza bread only had cheese on half of it again with barely any sauce over it. With the food I had ordered the biscoff bomboloni treats which they bamboozle me out of so they never arrived in the order. Very disappointed, I wouldn’t order again and would recommend you do the same!"

"Have ordered a grande pasta pot on 2 occassions and at both times half of the pasta has been plain, not covered in sauce. Despite having given the pot a thorough mix, the pasta is dry and bland. However the sweet donuts and cheesy garlic bread were very nice and delivered promptly."
