"We were told (after we had paid) that our new belling cooker would be here in a week, they promised to keep us up to date, we actually got the cooker after 4 weeks. We rang them every week asking why it had not arrived, bear in mind that they promised to ring us and they never rang once, that's as good as lying. The cooker was fitted (no complaints regarding the fitter they use) but it was faulty and we had to wait 10 days for belling engineer to fix it. All in all not a good experience and we won't be using them again Ps if they had told us it would have been a month before we got the cooker we would have been ok with that. What ever they say in the form of a reply, the bottom line is they are terrible regarding customer service."
