"Awful customer service. Purchased a TV for elderly mother. They charged me twice and delivered a faulty TV. Their customer service will have you running around in circles with pitfalls to hang up on you. But not before they have been rude and impatient with you."
"Went in today. Asked for the price of a tv from a member of staff, who left saying they would find out and didn’t come back. Just rude and unprofessional. "Hi I bought a TV for £750 it tried to buy insurance for TV for damages the customer service asked me it’s better to buy insurance for your tv if anything to cover up and after 4 weeks the screen automatically went black and when I ringed the customer service he came and took my TV for 2 weeks and after that it said your insurance is not covered and I paid £145 for 3 years and I lost nearly £900 the customer service was very rude and I went there and explained everything to them and they still said the insurance is not covered and the screen still black and I’m still paying monthly payment and got no TV. Please guys look at my comment these people lie too much"
