"Avoid this company. My mother was sold a fridge freezer that turned out to be faulty. There was no desire to help or make good the situation. Eventually she had to speak with the manufacturer (Hotpoint) who had to contact N&C directly and steer them towards a refund. N&C then started to display a very reluctant and poor tone/attitude towards my mother. A complete and utter disgrace."
