"This 1 star is for their horrible customer service. I went online to buy their cloth where I found we need to take a virtual appointment for calling and inquiry. I placed a slot, and got a text message few hours before my time slot that all slots are booked for face-to-face appointments. I don't know why did they book me in the first place. Secondly, I replied back to know what's their size guide for L, as that's the largest they stitch their clothes. I was left with no reply, no size guide given, nor did I get my virtual call. Such a horrible customer experience. I'm happy I didn't buy from them"
