"Not even worth a star. After waiting 1.45hrs for delivery for 2 people, 2 of the dishes had leaked everywhere and there was more in the bag than the dishes. This turned out to be a blessing in disguise as the food was utterly foul. The stir fried prawn dishes with vegetables and holy basil consisted of some thin black soup with a couple of minuscule, very fishy prawns floating around and no vegetables in sight. I've never seen anything like it. Avoid at all costs."
"Thai Chicken Pad Thai made with bright res Indian Chicken Tikka meat. Shocking. Wish I could add a photo to this review. First and last time Id ever eat from here."
"Food was on time when delivered from Just Eat. The food was rather cold and I only live a mile away. The driver was not able to follow instructions to find my place, it's a simple keypad number to press. No papaya in a papaya salad, perhaps need to be more clearer in what it has in it. The rice itself which was not fresh was almost 4 pounds. The sweet and sour chicken was cold, the chicken itself is very dry with an odd battered coating on it."
"I ordered food from their website 12/08/2016 @ 8:40 PM. Promised delivery 9:30 PM. Delivery man came 10:10 PM. Total order value £ 40.16. They gave 1.5L coke for the delay. They think the customers are joke. Coming 40 mins late and asking for money? They then gave me £5 discount- even I had to remind them for delay. A decent restaurant would have apologised and gave big discounts, or would not be late at the first place. They were saying as my order was good sized they took time. What a pathetic bunch of lame losers. We were very very hungry even then we struggled to finish half of their awful tasting food. 4 pieces of tiny prawn in the prawn dish. The rice smelled like half-rotten. Vegetable and noodle were half cooked. The noodle tasted like made of jute rope. Tesco basics food tastes better than this. And finally the proof of their quality and freshness of food. When I woke up in the morning and found that all food (Rice/Noodle/Curry) has rotten away, smelled horrible and thrown all in BIN. I regret going on Just-eat and seeing their (good - fake) ratings. I get a feeling that they employ Ad agency/people to write fake star ratings. Now, Forget about Thai food, they don't know how to even boil water perhaps- and customer service or apologies for mistakes?? That doesn't exist in their dictionary. I would recommend anyone to AVOID this horrible restaurant at all cost- or regret your orders."
"A wide selection of items and price is lower than average PLUS discount an added bonus. Certainly will order again and I would recommend others to try Bangkok Dinner"
