"The place has lots of space 3 floors. Didnt have a reservation, quite busy at the time we were arrived but we managed to get a table fast. They also have many locations nearby. The space above in each floor will close earlier than the ground floor. The staffs were very lovely and great customer service. For food: The taste was authentic Thai flavour. However, I found that the Som Tum salad was sour and very spicy eventhough on the menu its level of spicy was 2. The flavour was not nice compared to other Thai restaurants we have been to. Highly recommend for starters try the popcorn shrimp and thai calamari. For the mains try the Curry with rice. We ordered Red Curry with coconut rice. It tastes really really nice. For berverage: My favourite was the Coconut Island Daiquiri. We also ordered Lychee Ginger but it was a bit sour."
"Great service despite a short wait to be seated! It was no bother to us but they kindly put our drinks on the house. Other than that super fast service and friendly staff (especially the woman on front of house and our server Pam). Will definitely be back."
"Just excellent. In for a quick bite. Very nice design and friendly, helpful staff. Food was yummy and they had gluten-free options galore. Will come again."
"Although they seemed short staffed they were helpful and attentive. The food is ok although has the feel of a chain restaurant and it doesn't seem to have the charm of a family run place anymore. It's a decent option though for a quick bite in central London."
"Just wasn’t the tastiest food, definitely didn’t feel very authentic and a bit bland. The sharing platter for 2 is very small for £15.50 (although we did have a promotion to have it for free) and everything was a bit dry and over cooked, red curry was ok but lacked flavour, the £4 coconut rice was tiny, didn’t taste of coconut, was really dry yet undercooked, too many rice grains were hard and inedible. Nice setting, the tea was nice, the offers made the meal fairly affordable"
