"I arrived at noon and it wasn’t very packed (which is what I wanted). I was toying with the idea of a burrito but I didn’t want something so filling and settled for tacos instead. The waitress suggested the fried chicken tacos and to be honest it was something I saw from past reviews and looked pretty good. I know “fried chicken” isn’t authentic Mexican food but I don’t care. I love fried chicken. The food looked very appealing, tasted good and had a slight spicy kick. It was pretty spot on for my appetite at the time not too filling but loads of flavour. My only small gripe was the speed - as soon as I ordered I went to the loo and it was ready by the time I got back. Not necessarily a bad thing and probably realistic since the chicken is breaded fillet goujons. Maybe prepared already? Or a cancelled order by someone else? Or maybe it’s really quick to deep fry chicken goujons. The second is the price. Two tacos, a couple of tortilla chips and salsa and a coke cost me just over £17 (for lunch). Was it value for money? Not really but I can’t complain since it’s an expensive location and we need to support local businesses. I can’t complain really about the food either. Let’s just say I might go again one day to try the burrito if I was really really hungry but won’t be in a rush to go back either. For that I give it four stars."
"We were in London for a family holiday. Staying at the nearby Premier Inn, I was looking for a nearby restaurant for dinner with the family. This was within walking distance and had good reviews. So decided to book the table at this restaurant. But we were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was small but the décor was giving a feel of Mexico. The service was great and fantastic aromas filled the air. When the food started to arrive, we were highly impressed. It rekindled our taste buds. The cocktails and drinks were also amazing. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed. Highly recommended."
