I waited 25 minutes more and rang again to see what was happening to be told it was now with the driver I have 2 complaints 1) why do just eat quote a delivery time that is not going to be met 2) why do the restaurant give just eat unacceptable times I enjoyed the food when it arrived but and very upset with the bad service"
"The food is good, but the delivery time is abysmal. We ordered at 19.10 on a Saturday and it was delivered at 21.20. The food was piping hot, but they need to increase their capacity to deliver it on time. Over two hours to receive food is not acceptable by any measure."
