"On Friday 19 August 2022, I ordered 3 portions of BBQ Wings at the Birmingham location near 163 reservoir Road upon driving back to Stafford and opening the food and trying the wings with my family we all complained about them being to hard to eat. Made several attempts to call the restaurant but wasn’t successful I went to the restaurant the next day to inform them of my dissatisfaction and to get a refund of £18.00 but I was refused and was told to send pictures of the bad food.- upon send the pictures of the bad food she still refused to give me a refund."
