"Asked for a size in some Nike dunks for a Christmas present, was told they where in stock. Then said they would not be put out till tomorrow. Then asked if I could pay now and pick them up tomorrow, the response I received was “Well staff get priority on the shoes so you can’t do that”. They also advised me they can’t sign them in till tomorrow once staff have first look even after confirming they are in the back of the store. What id like to know is how can JD lose a £110 sale with the potential purchase of more items for staff members wanting their choice first, even though the shoes have been there for a week already?"
