"Rudest employees I’ve come across in my life. They need to teach them customers services skills as all they do is stand and talk and expect customer to come to them. Have no sense of respect and how to speak to customers. They act as if there not getting paid or someone’s making them work. Need to learn to put a smile on there faces. They don't actively look for customers in need as they prefer to chat about I'm a celebrity and what flavour pot noodle is best. They also have offers on that don't match online items. They'll claim the item online is a different model when it is not. JD sports needs to do better to survive."
