"Our first time using this take away since it was lychee gardens. Really good, tasty food, generous portions and a good price. We had a variety of appetisers and mains with a couple of extra dietary requests which were catered for with no problems. Polite and friendly staff who were knowledgeable and helpful. "Food was cold and when I complained, they told me it could be microwaved! What the hell? I want hot food delivered when I’m not cooking dinner myself. Told them I wanted it replaced and they said no chance! Had I not had any wine, I’d have driven there and not left without a refund. I have never in my life received a Chinese this awful or been treated like a piece of dirt. These people customers pay their wages. I’ve told everyone I know to avoid here. You’ve just got your hygiene ratings up and your customer services has gone right down to zero. Horrible nasty people. Told me to complain to someone else. Hope whatever he eats next chokes him."
