Unfortunately they were too big, went back and esk for a exchange but was told they had to refund the money instead cis I had paid by PayPal. I wanted a straight swap for a smaller size. Walked out without any trainers. To then get a email off customer service saying by order had been ca celled due to no stock. What a joke won't use jd again"
"One of the worst stores in Greater Manchester, there were four staff members just stood around the till, whilst there was multiple people including myself in the queue. Staff had an awful attitude towards other customers, and they were not in any rush to retrieve the click and collect orders, and just stood around staring at each other for a while. Just sheer laziness in my eyes."
