"Very poor customer service, no-one is there to help and even if someone comes to help us other person will take them away especially , Was there last week and was asking a shoe size from a new joinee there , she was very eager to help but the guy there was very rude and not allowed her to go and have a look to find a size I asked. "Box 1: missing shoe Box 2: two right shoes (no left shoe) Box 3: damaged shoe Box 4: wrong size in right box Box 5: finally, the correct shoes. Went to pay and was misquoted was the shoe treatment service. Meanwhile the lady next to me was returning a "pair" of shoes that were, in fact, two different sizes of shoe. I can't ever remember buying shoes being such a lottery before, but it took up my entire lunch break."
