"Beware Cowboys and rude. Ordered clothes £139, courier shows item delivered but there never been ,no contact number for Amazon shipping and they only deal with business not a customrer so I had to contact the retailer. I informed Footasylum straight away,they refused and said their Geo map shows item delivered,they cannot take it further as this is now a civil case not their responsibility. Refused to ask their courier to produce evidence of who signed for the delivery or even a photo evidence.Tracking shows delivered with receptionist, This is a house not an office. There is no way to contact them by phone and no help from rude customer service. No way to contact Amazon shipping.Lost money no clothes.I hope they go bankrupt in the morning and lose everything"
