Reviews
"The best Indian food around! Tons of options on the menu, very rich in flavour, for reasonable prices. Staff is very friendly, best if you check with them about a 'spicy' level of each dish (some meals are extremely hot). Option to bring your own drinks to the restaurant is a big plus!"
"Food came out really quick and the staff were great with questions. You can buy your drinks from a shop next store as it’s BYO (makes for a very cheap dinner as you’re paying supermarket prices for drinks). The food was good but some dishes weren’t as flavoursome as some of the competitors around. The meat was all cooked perfectly though."
"Excellent indian curry! With so many restaurants to choose from we were very happy with our choice. Food was great and our server was very friendly and helpful. I followed his recommendations re ordering and have no regrets! We even got 20% off for booking our table in advance online. Definitely worth it!"
"Chicken Tikka Sizzler. Same dish at 2 different places in 1 night. This was second and round-down 4.5 stars. The service was good. Casual atmosphere. The dish wasn’t quite as spiced as in the other place. No pepper spiciness, flavors good but mild. Small chunks of onion and pepper complete the scene. What really came through here was the chicken. Amazingly moist, cooked perfect. By far the better chicken. One dish only but the sauce just wasn’t quite there. More flavor and a little spiciness and this is 5 stars. Preference for me on more and bigger chunks of vegetables, too. I would go back and try other dishes for sure!!"
"This place was busy! We went there on Friday and the place was packed by the time we finished eating. We were asked to leave after finishing dinner as other customers were waiting. As they don’t have a liquor licence, we can buy alcohols from a shop and bring them in. We could get 20% off with Aladdin’s card the staff gave us. Most dishes were delish. The paratha were a bit disappointing as I don’t think it was freshly made, but frozen one. I was expecting it to be more fluffy and flaky like the one I get from one of my favourite places. Over all, it was a good night out. The service was quick and prompt."
