"King's Cross Tandoori lured us in with their aromas as we walked past the restaurant. We were welcomed in by friendly and attentive staff, they have an amazing lunch deal for £7.95 which includes an appetizer, curry, rice and naan. The food was delicious and fresh. This is a great deal and I'd recommend eating here! Our favorites were the lamb sheesh, the chicken wings and the samosas!"

"Food was surprisingly great. Place is very congested though. Service and presentation were fine as well. Only thing bothered me that they bring hand written bill which they immediately took away. When i calculated it was incorrect. I told them and they said 10% is added in total which wasnt written otherwise to trick customers. I even paid 10% additional tip. Still i didnt like being forced to give in this way."

"A pleasant welcoming atmosphere from the staff. One key part of amy review is to comment on service, atmosphere, accuracy of order, taste, cost comment/advise. The service; We was welcomed and seated immediately at 8pm. Free poppadoms and condiments were provided prior to order. The Atmosphere; All staff showed a key interest in diners needs, having a banter and chat with evrone one in the restaurant. The accuracy of Order; What we order (for 4) was correct and hot when brought to our table The Taste; We all enjoyed the starter a and main course. Spicy strength is what we have expected for our order. The Cost; Most restaurants are increasing their costs through the current energy crisis. By my(our) dining experience I felt the meal was more that what we would have expected in comparison to other similar dining experiences by about £23. Order was 3 starters, 4 main meals, 2 cola drinks, large bottle of water, The Comments/Advice; Overall the dining experience was excellent apart from how a curry meal should end. Each diner should be provided a warm scented napkin to clean your fingers/ hands."

"This place is quaint and I have to say really cares. They saw I wasn’t happy with my initial order and took it back to serve something I was much happier with - all without even asking. Their set menu at £7.95 is a great deal but what I recommend is trying some sizzling dishes from their menu.. like the tandoori chicken which looked amazing. I will be back…"
