"Shocking service! I ordered on a Monday night at 17:20 and they gave me a delivery time of between 1 hour and 1 hour 20. I expected they were being overly cautious but it was actually 20 minutes late; arriving just after 19:00. When I rung for an update they were very short with me and when the guy arrived he was extremely rude. He said he wouldn't deliver here again because it was too hard to find. I pointed out that I had added instructions but he just walked off. I can accept no apology but I really wasn't expecting to be greeted with unprovoked rudeness. Begrudgingly, I'll admit the food was nice and the portions were a decent size but it's not worth the frustration that came with that experience."
