"As a big group, we had a special feast menu. We had to make a reservation 40 days in advance and the place was extremely loud, crowded and not exactly what you’d call a relaxing environment. The food was good, but as an Indian I can say that there’s still room for improvement to make it taste original. I had a chat about this with the staff and they said the frequently receive complaints about the food being spicy - so they simply have to tailor it to their customers which is really valid. The flavours were good and drinks and cocktails were excellent."
"This is one of my all time favourite restaurants in London. The food here is exquisite and full of flavour. We had the okra fries for starters and the spicy lamb chops. The lamb chops are the best I've ever had. For mains, we had the Kensington chef special which is the main reason I chose this particular branch of Dishoom. The Kensington special is simply delicious, the lamb is so tender and falls off the bone. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful with their recommendations."
"One of their nicest locations - very kind and helpful staff and great food. Came over on Friday night and managed to get a table for 4! The food was really nice, as usual and the staff was really helpful and nice. The decor in this place is just spectacular and really makes it an upscaled venue. You can even catch jazz performances on Some evenings!"
