Reviews
"A bit disappointing... I think some plain rice should be at least included with curry, instead of paying it extra and so high (almost 4£). Also the staff is not mean but nor open to advice, it's a pity. Still, the food was good and copious. For a good value for money... I wish I had pay that much to better eat elsewhere."
"Good samosa and sweet tea. Lamb tikka masala was a bit chewy. I could not enjoy much because the bag from other table was stolen during meal and be careful in London. All Indian chefs from the US should learn how to make samosa and nam from London."
"No Indian flavour in paneer dish we ordered. It tasted like some meat curry. Service was good. I would skip this joint unless you are adamant on having Indian food. Lot of other options on the street."
"Very very helpful staff. Food is not over the top, just really good family style tasty Indian food. Some things were a surprise and some things were just simple and good. I give it a 5 stars because everyone is really proud of what they are serving. Very busy but great experience"
"Disappointing food. No way close to what Indian food tastes like. I am not sure if the chef or owner is an Indian. 4-5 small chunks of chicken mixed with fried rice is not called Chicken Biryani. Boiled slices of onion with 4-5 pieces of paneer is not Paneer Karahi. Also, one can literally swim in the amount of excess oil they use."
