"Attempted to call all day it today (Monday) sent the the wrong jacket, more to the point a jacket that's the same brand but worth around £200 less. Tried calling all day today with no answer. Looking at the reviews people who also strangely got sent the wrong pricts aren't getting refunds. Considering you are selling high end expensive clothing this is extremely poor service. I'd appreciate from someone at northern menswear to contact me with a contact number as well as email to arrange a refund before its too late and I end up paying off something I didn't even want. Terrible service to see so many people getting sent the wrong stuff."

"Bought a pair of trainers. Didn’t fit right nor was the colour the same on the heel. Asked for a refund which was outside the return policy as had been laid up for five weeks with Covid. Relayed this to retailer over a chat portal to be told they won’t help. First time and certainly last time using this company. A shame really as I like to use independents but clearly the ethos of the company is not in line with the customer. Don’t get caught out and use a bigger firm for better service"

"Customer in USA. Site was running 20% off sale. In addition, VAT of 20% should be deducted. Site is not set up to subtract VAT. When I contacted store, they reduced full price of item (shoes) by 20%, but would not also reduce by subtracting VAT. They do not pay VAT on items shipped to US. I should have received 20% off based on sale price, and another 20% off the sale price for VAT. Looks like they hoped to pocket the 20% VAT, since there would be no reason to give it to gov't. When I insisted on subtraction of VAT, they cancelled the sale."

"I ordered shoes in november 2019. They were supposed to arrive in 5 business days. We are the 6th january 2020 and i still didnt receive anything. I contacted them by email and they just keep saying "we are trying to contact fedex with no success" . They didnt even provide a tracking number. This is by far my worst e commerce experience of the last years. A serious seller would have send me another shippement. They are kidding me ..."
