"What’s a zero star rating, ordered online 2 cookie doughs and a brownie. Got sent 3 cookie doughs. Called the branch spoke to a rude and uneducated employee who was shouting through the phone named “kumar” I just wanted a refund and then to collect the food and give me what I ordered but he kept shouting at me and then went to hang up the phone. This is what happens when you employ people who cannot answer the phone or take a simple order then see the only way is to shout disgusting behaviour they’ve lost a regular customer"
