They excelled on Sunday 7th August for my 60th birthday celebration with a marinaded leg of lamb, the most delicious samosas, onion bhajis and poppadoms. "This is the best Indian in Wigan, hands down - I don't bother with anywhere else now. Authentic BIR dishes, everything tastes different and like it should. I've been exploring the menu as I like to do, and I'm usually met with the same bright red base sauce that tastes the same with a different level of heat. Not here! Generous portions, curries packed with massive pieces of chicken. Starters and sides are spot on too - no generic bought in stuff here. The bhajis are addictive. Lovely bunch at the shop too. Brilliant friendly service every time. Pricing is spot on too - excellent value for what you get. I usually collect and the food is always ready in 30-45 mins. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed."
"Because we eat quite early I ordered a set meal for 2 at 4.45, I picked it up at 5.15 as arranged. The service was excellent and friendly. Really enjoyed the meal although the lamb was quite hot for me my wife enjoyed it. All in all it was better than others in the region I've used if a little more expensive, but for convenience and service I have found my new local Indian..."
